Requesting a quote from Total Control Solutions is as easy as browsing the products and selecting which product configurations you want.

At the bottom of each product page, you'll find specific ordering information relating to that product. Next to the product number, you'll see an "Add to RFQ" button, which you can press and add that product model to your RFQ page. You may pick as many products as you need quoted, but to give you the best possible quote and avoid confusion, only one model per series may be added to the quote - multiple quotes may be submitted at any time, and you can always call one of our knowledgeable sales representatives for assistance.

TCS accepts returns for credit within 30 days from the date of invoice minus a 30% restocking fee. A 30% restocking fee also applies to evaluation units that are not returned within 30 days. To receive credit, the following conditions must be met:

• Products must be in resalable condition and shipped prepaid
• Products must be returned in original packing with all original components including manuals, cables and accessories
• Custom product is non-returnable/non-refundable

Total Control Solutions (TCS), warrants this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment from TCS. During this period, TCS will at its option, repair or replace this product at no additional charge to the purchaser except as stated below.
