into the following display sizeās, 19" 26" 32" 37" 42" 47" 52" 65". We offer OEMs customization to fit your environmental application for Ingress Protection, Sunlight Readable Solution, PID Control, PMMA or Tempered Glass Protection shield, and Touch Screen.

Optional Modifications
Ingress Protection Function ( optional )
IP64 or IP65 rating for Monitor or Panel PC to prevent liquid and dust particle ingression.
Sunlight solution ( optional )
For outside applications, exposure to direct sunlight with standard LCD panels, prevents readability of the Monitor content and information. Total Control Solutions manufacturers a specially designed AR-coated glass with Optical bonding solution for Monitors and Panel PC. This technology cuts the sunlight glare and enhances contrast by 2x providing an easily viewable and readable outside LCD Monitor and Display.
PID Control ( optional )
Sensors detect temperature based on user setting, and provide the countermeasure to compensate for colder environments. The sensor will also detect the temperature at boot up, and warm up the air inside the product, then continue with power on.
If the temperature is over 55o C (132 F) the LCD panel may crash. The PID controller will turn off the Monitor automatically until the desired temperature setting is achieved.
Tempered Glass Protection ( optional )
If you put Monitors or Panel PC in the public places, you will face an important problem of how to protect your frangible screens from outside forces and artificially attacks. Total Control Solutions not just provides a metal case to strengthen products, but we also provide PMMA or Tempered Glass to protect your LCD Screen.
Touch Screen ( optional )
SAW or Optical Touch screen for 19", 26", 32", 37", 42", 47", even 52" and 65".
